About the Role:
Join The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill as a FOH Shift Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and procedures.
- Manage daily operations, including cash handling and inventory control.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
- Assist in developing promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive demeanor.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
